SMB Sales
Help small and mid-size businesses discover and adopt IDChecker AI's identity verification platform. You'll own a high-velocity sales motion, from inbound lead qualification through close, helping growing companies protect themselves from the same threats targeting the Fortune 500.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline of SMB and mid-market accounts
- Qualify and convert inbound leads through consultative discovery and product demonstrations
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns targeting companies with remote or hybrid workforces
- Educate prospects on the rising threat of identity fraud in remote hiring and how IDChecker AI stops it
- Guide prospects through the evaluation process, including trials, security questionnaires, and procurement
- Collaborate with marketing on lead nurture campaigns, webinars, and content strategy
- Provide feedback to product on SMB-specific needs and feature requests
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, HR tech, or compliance
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales environment
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling security or compliance tools to HR, People Ops, or IT buyers
- Familiarity with identity verification, background checks, or KYC workflows
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup wearing multiple hats
- Interest in AI, cybersecurity, or geopolitics
