Customer Success Manager
Be the trusted advisor that ensures our enterprise customers get maximum value from IDChecker AI. You'll own the post-sale relationship, drive adoption, and help customers protect their organizations from identity fraud at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of IDChecker AI within customer organizations
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customer stakeholders (CISOs, HR leaders, compliance officers)
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally — surface product feedback, feature requests, and pain points
- Develop and maintain customer documentation, best practices guides, and training materials
- Collaborate with Sales on expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support customers during security incidents involving suspected identity fraud
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success, account management, or technical consulting experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience working with enterprise customers in security, compliance, or HR tech
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to customer health monitoring and retention strategies
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience in identity verification, KYC, or fraud prevention industry
- Background in cybersecurity or compliance
- Familiarity with GCP, Firestore, or similar cloud platforms
- Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar)
