Customer Success Manager

Be the trusted advisor that ensures our enterprise customers get maximum value from IDChecker AI. You'll own the post-sale relationship, drive adoption, and help customers protect their organizations from identity fraud at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of IDChecker AI within customer organizations
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customer stakeholders (CISOs, HR leaders, compliance officers)
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally — surface product feedback, feature requests, and pain points
  • Develop and maintain customer documentation, best practices guides, and training materials
  • Collaborate with Sales on expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support customers during security incidents involving suspected identity fraud

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer success, account management, or technical consulting experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in security, compliance, or HR tech
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Data-driven approach to customer health monitoring and retention strategies
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience in identity verification, KYC, or fraud prevention industry
  • Background in cybersecurity or compliance
  • Familiarity with GCP, Firestore, or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar)
